Designed to withstand constant military deployment, the AX ELR from Accuracy International is based on the DNA of the battle proven AW50. Over time, the AI .50 cal platform has evolved. This rifle shares designs and features from the AXMC, AXMC LE, and AXSR rifle systems. Notable changes include the AR15-style pistol grip and a RRS Dovetail Standard grip section. In addition, the AX ELR utilizes the AI Quickloc barrel system allowing barrels to be changed at the user level with a single allen key. Inheriting the toughness, reliability, and ease of maintenance of its powerful predecessor, the AX50, the AX ELR exhibits all the features necessary to ensure superb accuracy and consistent cold shot performance in the harshest conditions.
